We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are purchased off our website within 7 days of the tracking delivery date confirmation under the following conditions:
- There are no visible signs of wear and tear
- No tags/logos have been removed
- Item is unwashed, unworn, unaltered
- New Merchandise in its original condition
- Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days.
- The product is lost and the delivery status on our website is not "delivered".
- The product is broken or damaged or faulty before we send it out.

Please be advised that there will be a mandatory 10% restocking fee if you're returning the product for a refund. However, there is no restocking fee on exchanges.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.
Exchanges (if applicable)
The buyer will be responsible for paying for his shipping costs for returning his item(s) in case of buyer’s remorse. If you receive a different/wrong product from our end, we will provide a free return label to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in case of buyer’s remorse.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please be advised that our return/refund policy only covers claims for damage and incorrect products. The Shopedian™ company is not responsible for any packages that have been delivered to the given address and later stolen from the mailbox or porch. The packages are only insured for damage. Customers are advised to contact their local post office and escalate the stolen claim issue with the carrier themselves.
